Notes: There are no ICE for Type-II LCD
driver emulation, and Type-IV LCD driver can be emulated in the ICE6.1
by setting the LCD display as black/white mode in ICE6.1.

- The main difference between ICE 5.32 and ICE6.1 is gray LCD display
and LCD memory mapping. So the firmware developed for ICE5.32 can't
be executed directly in ICE6.1 and the LCD memory map need to be modified.
